How do you keep your emotions neutral?

  1. Trust the timing of your life . Avoid missing out on your life & losing so much time to the past & the future,
  2. Break free from rules you place on yourself . “ Should “ , “Shouldn’t “, “I better do” . Be true to yourself instead,
  3. Your happiness is not your family’s or your girlfriend’s responsibility. Relationships are a part of your happiness equation, not its entirety ,
  4. Don’t expect people, circumstances, & events to change for you to feel better. To change how you feel in any given moment is always an inside job,
  5. Always appreciate yourself that you’ve the guts to openly admit your fuckups & mistakes coz that’s a sign of a person willing to take responsibility. Most of the world is too busy trying to appear perfect,
  6. Journaling & talking to yourself will help you get out of the rut of your own mind. You overthink coz you keep thinking the same thoughts again & again, without realizing that it does no good . Write it down & leave it to be,
  7. Forgive yourself for the times that someone guilt-tripped you into proving your worth to them,
  8. Vibing with people who’ve the same goofy humour as you is so therapeutic,
  9. Every successful man has to eat shit at times . Endure it & move on,
  10. Just Chill.!!
